WINE FLIGHTS

EACH FLIGHT CONSISTS OF FOUR 2 OUNCE POURS.

GALLO SIGNATURE SERIES

The Gallo Signature Series collection is a deeply personal passion for third-generation vintner Gina Gallo. The wines are an intimate portrait of the Gallo Family’s vineyards and highlight the unique terroir of each site. This Sonoma Coast chardonnay combines the style of Chablis and the ripe fruit flavors of California. It is crisp and flinty, yet displays layers of green apple, lime, tropical fruit and spice. True expression of the Russian River Valley, this chardonnay has delightfully bright flavors of crisp apple, lemon meringue and ginger on the palate. Complex aromas and flavors of cherry, pomegranate, boysenberry and lavender are hallmarks of the Santa Lucia Highlands pinot noir. And finally quintessential Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon with currant, cassis, dark fruit, chocolate and cherry on the palate. Velvety tannins meld with hints of warm oak to create a long, supple finish.

BESPOKE

Bespoke means “custom-made” and each of these carefully selected wines is a reflection of true varietal character, with our personal stamp. We source these for you, our guest, because some of the best bottlings (at the greatest value!) never find their way to restaurants like ours, unless you are looking. We are fortunate enough to have a team who is passionate about selections that pair with a wide variety of cuisine and don’t need to hold center stage to get your attention. Truly, each of these were hand-selected by us, with you in mind. Explore and enjoy!

TOUR OF PORTUGAL

Grapes are thought to have been grown in the land that is now Portugal for at least 4,000 years, producing outstanding wines from indigenous varietals that are otherwise unheard of outside the country. Alvarinho grows mostly along the River Minho north of the Vinho Verde region, it is a subtly fragrant wine with delicate aromas of peach, lemon and passion fruit. The Crasto Branco is a blend of Gouveio, Viosinho and Rabigato. Citrus combines with elegant floral notes that lead to a crisp freshness on the palate. The Monte d’Oiro exhibits ripe berry fruit, chocolate, and spices, full-bodied, with silky tannins and a long persistent finish. Manoella is comprised of 60% Touriga Nacional, 25% Touriga Franca, 10% Tinta Roriz, and 5% Tinta Francisca from a single vineyard. The grapes are still trampled by foot resulting in a deep color and a rich concentration of raspberry and blackberry fruit finish with velvety tannins.
