Call Ahead Seating
For those situations when you want to dine with us but do not have reservations, and are concerned about waiting for your table, we offer Call Ahead Seating. Just call ahead, and we’ll add your name to our waiting list, if we have one, so waiting will be kept to a minimum.
We can help with planning a party or large celebration. We offer pre-ordering in our dining room to expedite service so you have more time to enjoy your party. If you’d like to take advantage of this service get one of our pre-order forms and choose your meal from our Dinner / Lunch / Brunch / Dessert menus. Follow the instructions on the form, then fax it back to us when you’re ready. We also offer full-service catering in private dining and banquet rooms for up to 150 people. If you have a group of 6-10 and want a great view of the kitchen action, the Green Valley Grill’s Community Table is the place for you. The substantial hardwood table stands slightly higher than most dining room tables. Sit back and enjoy the show – you’re in the perfect spot to watch the hustle and bustle of our high-energy team as they work their kitchen magic!

For many years we’ve been exploring ways to serve the freshest, most flavorful foods to our guests while considering the triple bottom line of profit, environmental sensitivity and social responsibility (See our Sustainable Practices Initiative & Fairness Doctrine.)
