WINE FLIGHTS

EACH FLIGHT CONSISTS OF FOUR 2 OUNCE POURS.

PORTUGUESE FAVORITES

Bairrada produces sparkling wines in the traditional method just like in Champagne. Luis Pato crafts a delightfully dry bubbly from the Maria Gomes grape. Vinho Verde is one of the more famous regions of the country and is crisp and slightly effervescent. In the Dão the wines are medium-bodied and fruit forward often referred to as the “Pinot Noir” of Portugal. Touriga Nacional is the most widely planted red grape and aptly named as it is considered their “National” grape. It is the major grape used for Port production. The still versions are rich, ripe with great complexity, black fruits and a long finish.

BESPOKE

Bespoke means “custom-made” and each of these carefully selected wines is a reflection of true varietal character, with our personal stamp. We source these for you, our guest, because some of the best bottlings (at the greatest value!) never find their way to restaurants like ours, unless you are looking. We are fortunate enough to have a team who is passionate about selections that pair with a wide variety of cuisine and don’t need to hold center stage to get your attention. Truly, each of these were hand-selected by us, with you in mind. Explore and enjoy!

EXPLORE PINOT NOIR

Pinot Noir is an incredibly difficult grape to grow. It thrives in few regions in the world. Burgundy is considered the perfect expression of the grape. For centuries vines have been nurtured while vignerons hoped for a perfect season. When that happens, the result is beyond compare. The cooler areas of Marlborough are the newcomers to the stage and the wines are showing great promise. Oregon’s Willamette Valley tends to bridge the old world with new in terms of style while Russian River Valley is warmer and thus fuller, riper styles are common.
